Welcome to Lugojei. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lugojei and its legal business entity, KEPTNEAT INC.

Lugojei operates this website and online store, including the related content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with the policies referenced on this website, describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary because of product availability, destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect delivery information, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Our store is powered by Shopify, but all product sales and customer transactions are between you and Lugojei.

Shopify is not responsible for products purchased from Lugojei, delivery issues, customer service matters, returns, refunds, or claims arising from a transaction with us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from liability arising from transactions conducted with Lugojei.

Section 10 - Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify’s privacy practices.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, some information may be processed by Shopify and shared with service providers involved in operating, protecting, and improving the Services.

Section 11 - Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, ideas, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use the Feedback for lawful purposes.

Our failure to enforce a right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
