At this time, Lugojei ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. The shipping methods and any applicable charges available for your destination will be shown at checkout before payment.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. After processing, standard delivery is estimated at 7–12 business days and expedited delivery at 5–7 business days where that option is available. The corresponding estimated total time is approximately 8–15 business days for standard delivery or 6–10 business days for expedited delivery. Weekends, public holidays and carrier disruptions are not included in these estimates.

When your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation containing the tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier tracking may not update immediately after the label is created. If you have not received the message, check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

Email support@lugojei.com within 24 hours of placing the order and include your order number and the requested change. We will try to assist, but a cancellation or address change cannot be guaranteed once processing has started or the parcel has been transferred to the carrier.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. An eligible item must be unworn, unused and returned in its original condition with the original packaging and included accessories. Proof of purchase is required. Contact support@lugojei.com before sending anything back so that we can review the request and provide the correct return instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, request a return first and place a separate order for the preferred product, size or finish. A new item is not reserved while a return is being reviewed.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Contact support@lugojei.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs or video showing the item and packaging. Please keep the product and its packaging until our team has completed the review and provided the next steps.

Ring sizing is product-specific. Measure the circumference of the intended finger or the inside diameter of a well-fitting ring, then compare that measurement with the size system and selectable options shown on the exact product page. Band width, sculptural contours, the inner profile and a gemstone setting can all change how a ring feels, so do not assume that one Lugojei ring will fit exactly like another. If the listing provides product-specific fit advice, follow that guidance rather than a general conversion chart.

Armored Neckwear includes close-fitting pieces, standard chains, layered designs and pendants, so there is no single Lugojei necklace standard. Use a flexible tape to measure around the neck or compare the listed length with a necklace that sits where you want the new piece to fall. On the corresponding product page, verify the total chain length, extension length, pendant or drop dimensions, number of layers and clasp construction before selecting an option.

Cyber Ear Armor may include pierced earrings, cuffs, lobe pieces and cartilage-focused forms, and each type uses different measurements. Before ordering, check the individual product page for placement, whether a piercing is required, post or bar thickness, gauge, inner diameter, cuff opening and whether the item is sold singly or as a pair. Ear anatomy differs from person to person; never force a piece into place or repeatedly bend a rigid design. Remove it if it causes persistent pressure, pain or irritation.

Measure the wrist closely with a flexible tape at the position where the bracelet will be worn, without pulling the tape tight. Compare that measurement with the bracelet length or recommended wrist range stated on the exact product page. Link width, clasp length, rigid sections and the intended close or relaxed fit can all affect the result. Because the available lengths and construction differ between designs, the product page measurements and selectable variants should always take priority over a general bracelet rule.

Check the material and care information on the individual product page first. As a general precaution, put jewelry on after perfume, hairspray, lotion and cosmetics have dried, and remove it before swimming, bathing, strenuous exercise, sleeping, household cleaning or work that may expose it to impact. Stainless steel is generally resistant to corrosion, but gemstones, oxidized silver, surface coatings and mixed-material components may require more cautious handling. Avoid chlorine, bleach, strong cleaning agents and prolonged moisture unless the specific product page states otherwise.

For routine cleaning, wipe the piece gently with a clean, soft, non-abrasive microfiber cloth. Uncoated stainless steel can usually be cleaned with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild soap, followed by a thorough rinse and complete drying. Sterling silver should be cleaned with a suitable non-abrasive silver cloth; aggressive polishing can remove an intentional oxidized finish. For gemstone pieces, use the gentlest method stated on the product page. Do not use abrasive powders, chemical dips, steam or ultrasonic equipment unless the material, treatment and setting have been confirmed as suitable.

Dry every piece fully before storage and keep items separately in a soft pouch or divided box to limit abrasion, tangling and impact between metal surfaces and stones. Store sterling silver in a cool, dry place with limited exposure to humidity and air. Tarnish on sterling silver is a natural surface reaction and can usually be managed with appropriate care; dark recesses on oxidized designs may be intentional and should not be polished aggressively. Natural gemstones can show small differences in color, pattern and internal characteristics. Check clasps, links and stone settings periodically, and stop wearing a piece if any component becomes loose.
